This has ended up being a bigger job for Jay than we had expected (told you we were still working the details out!).  From here on out, we will be posting a new Q&A topic the first Monday of the month, and Jay will answer a group of the questions from that topic each week throughout that month.  Starting with the next month, we will begin a new topic.

Happy New Year and welcome to Q&A With Jay. Today is the beginning of Jay Osmond’s new format on his blog. Each week a topic will be posted, and you can respond to the post with questions relating to the topic. Jay will follow-up by responding to your questions. Once Jay answers the posted questions, that topic will be closed so we can move on to the next topic.

We ask that you keep your questions short, and please state your question first. If you wish to follow up with a short greeting to Jay, please double space after your question (so it stands out for Jay).
